If you have forgotten your password, you should do a password reset.
Step 1: Click on “Forgot Password?” when trying to log in.
Step 2: Type in the email address that is associated with your profile.
Step 3: You will receive an email with a subject “[A-Trade Backend] Password reset confirmation".
Step 4: Click on the link provided in the email. This link will start with: "https://platform.atrade.co.za/page,Guest.ResetPassword..."
Step 5: Type in a new password and confirm your new password by re-typing in your new password in the "Confirm New Password" field.
Step 6: Click on "Save".
Your password has now been reset. Log into your aTrade account using your new password.
