Resident Individual FICA Requirements

The following documents are required for any individual residing in South Africa. 

• Client Engagement form (not applicable to individuals signing up electronically). 
• Clear copy of ID document or ID Card.
  When uploading an ID Card, please ensure that both the front and back of the card is shown.
• Proof of address (less than three months old). 
• A stamped and dated letter from the bank confirming the individual’s bank account details (less than three months old) OR Alternatively, stamped copies of bank statements confirming the same can be submitted (less than three months old).
